To make an operation like this work takes the effort of many dedicated people. The Esson Estates Winery Coop is based completely on volunteer input and we feel the need to recognize their hard work and team efforts by mentioning them here.

Property Owner
Chris is one of the newest members to the Co-op. He is part of the Kitchener, Ontario land-owners volunteers and has offered to grow elderberries on his property for the co-op. Chris’ property was the first testing grounds for the City Estates Initiative’s horticultural experiments.

Cellar Manufacturer
David is responsible for creating and building the Co-op’s facilities. This includes things like wine racks, and trellising. He is beginning to get involved in wine production as well.

Graphic Designer (Promotions)
Jason is responsible for all the graphic work when it comes to contact cards, brochures and another other promotional materials. He was the designer of the Co-op logo.

Lead Oenologist/Cellar Operator
Mat is the founder and director of the Esson Estates Winery Coop and the City Estates Coop Initiative. He is also the lead wine maker and over looks all the operations of the Co-op.
